Data and purposes

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the identification and contact details you provide and the contents of your enquiry. We use them to reply, provide information and prepare quotations when requested. Mandatory form fields are needed to handle your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information or unnecessary details about other people.

Our hosting service may record technical connection data, including IP address, time, browser and server requests, to operate the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. We do not use these data for advertising profiles or automated decisions.

Legal basis

Requests for quotations or information before entering into a contract are processed as pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Security and technical operation rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Optional third-party services such as the map require consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Legal duties are met under Article 6(1)(c).

Retention

We keep enquiries for the time needed to answer them and provide the follow-up you request. If a business relationship begins, relevant records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Where necessary to address legal liabilities, information is restricted for the relevant limitation periods. Technical data are retained as needed for security and operation, according to hosting settings.

Service providers and recipients

Our hosting provider (Hostinger), email and technical maintenance providers may access information only as needed to deliver their services under the required conditions and safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

Google Maps only loads if you allow it. Enabling it shares connection data, including your IP address, with Google under its own terms. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area using the transfer mechanisms described in its Privacy Policy. You do not need to accept the map to contact us.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by contacting smartinez@digitel.es or the registered office. Specify the right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify the request. Additional identity evidence will only be requested where there are reasonable doubts.

You can withdraw map consent through “Cookie settings”, without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
